John Katnik
Senior Vice President
John Katnik is a Senior Vice President at BRC Advisors specializing in the investment sales of multifamily and commercial properties throughout the South Bay and greater Los Angeles area. With more than $500 million in closed transactions, John has built a reputation as one of LA’s most trusted advisors for apartment investors. His career began at Marcus & Millichap, where he developed a rigorous foundation in multifamily sales, before going on to serve as Vice President at James Capital Advisors. John brings analytical depth and deep market relationships to every transaction. John graduated from the University of Southern California and earned a bachelor’s degree from the Marshall School of Business. He also was a member of the Trojans football team from 2011-2012.
Maxwell Forester
Investment Associate
Maxwell Forester is an Investment Associate at BRC Advisors focused on multifamily investment sales across the South Bay and greater Los Angeles market. His background in property management gives him an operator’s perspective on the assets he represents — an insight that sharpens his market analysis and adds real value for both buyers and sellers. Before joining the firm, Maxwell gained brokerage experience at SRS Real Estate Partners. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with a Minor in Business from the University of Colorado Boulder.
